Job seekers work hard to get any job and most of them just copy resumes from their friends/ Internet and change its contents to create their own resume. Such resumes are called weak resumes.     CV is a considered as formal document. Do not make CV with decorative with flashy fonts and images . These can be accessory only for a creative position with some magazine, publisher or advertising company.
